Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important Note About Sizes
Please note that we cannot issue refunds or accept returns if the correct size was delivered as ordered.
All product pages clearly display multiple size options, allowing customers to select their preferred size before checkout. Our listings and advertisements accurately represent available sizes, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the size information and select the correct option.
If you receive the exact size shown in your order confirmation, we cannot issue a refund or return simply because the size does not fit as expected.
However, as a courtesy, we may offer store credit or a discount on your next order in these situations.
If you receive a different size than what was stated on your order confirmation, please contact us right away — we will gladly resolve the issue with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
How to Start a Return (RMA Required)
Email support@oakspruce.com. with your order number, a brief reason for the return, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions and the return address.
Returns sent back without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
Your Options
A) Return for a Refund

Ship the item back using a trackable label you purchase (we’ll provide the return address in your RMA).

Once received and inspected, we’ll refund the item price to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A 10% restocking fee may apply for opened or non-defective items.
B) Keep-It, Partial Refund (Fastest)

Prefer not to ship it back? After photo review and approval, you can keep the item and receive a 50% refund of the item price.

Processed within 1–2 business days after approval.
C) Exchange / Store Credit

If the item you want is available, we can exchange it after your return is received; otherwise, we can issue store credit.

Customers who ordered the correct size but need a different one may also be eligible for a discount or store credit toward a future purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size or product.
We’ll gladly help resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund, but please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all cases.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?
In all cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, including items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item under an RMA and then purchase the new item separately.
If an exchange is available, we can also process it once the return is received.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition — unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging — and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (Timing)
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.

Keep-It partial refunds: processed within 1–2 business days after approval.

Standard refunds: typically 3–5 business days after the return is delivered and inspected.

Your bank or credit card provider may take an additional up to 10 business days to post the refund.
