Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email. You'll receive another email when your order ships.

Fulfillment Locations (US & International)
We stock inventory in the United States and at trusted international partner warehouses.

* If an item is in stock in the US, it ships from our US facility.
* If US stock is low or sold out, we may fulfill from an international warehouse to keep orders moving and reduce delays.
* Some orders may arrive in multiple packages if items ship from different locations.

Rest assured, the quality remains the same across all warehouses — every product is held to the exact same standards of craftsmanship and care.

Delivery times can vary slightly based on origin warehouse, carrier, and your location. We'll share tracking either way.

International Shipping
We ship to select countries outside the U.S.

* Typical delivery times vary by destination; most orders arrive in 10–15 business days, but this can vary based on local carriers and customs.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you haven't received it within the expected window, email support@detaildaddy.us with your order number. We'll jump on it right away.
